Delivery and Return Policy

• Deliveries within Metro Manila will normally take about 3 – 5 working days after the order has been confirmed but due to the Quarantine ordered by the Government, shipping will take more days than usual. For any concerns, kindly contact us.
• We deliver from Monday to Friday and on Saturday by request from 8am-5pm.
• For the delivery fee and other details, visit our delivery fee table.

Free Item Assembly

• Items are assembled at the delivery area without charge.
• We encourage our customers to let our crew assemble the delivered items to avoid any damages, as damages incurred from independent assembly may void warranty/repair claims.

* Customization of any item is not yet offered as of this time. Every item is shipped and sold as-is.
