Refund Policy

Return Policy:

  • Item/s requested for return or exchange shall be reviewed & evaluated for approval.

Cancellations:

  • Items requested for cancellation prior to delivery will be will be honored through store credit.

Returns/Exchanges:

  • Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery/ receipt of the item/s. Original invoice should be presented.
  • Item/s for return or exchange must be unused, in good condition as delivered. This does not apply to items found defective upon purchase.

*Sale or on the floor items are already considered Final Sale.

  • The following conditions are not entitled to a return or exchange as stated in RA7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines):
    • Sudden change of mind Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
    • Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store
  • In the case delivered or assembled furniture is exchanged/returned, merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee and delivery charge.
  • Delivery: Store personnel will advise customer a day before delivery schedule and ask for confirmation.

*Cancellation, rescheduling request, and unable to receive the delivery on the confirmed schedule, customer will be subject to redelivery fee charges.
