Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Placing Online Orders

By accepting the Terms and Conditions and placing an online order on this site, you are indicating that you are at least 18 years old above or 18 years old below but with the consent of an adult. We will neither be liable nor responsible for any misplaced orders placed by the user of this website. The company will NOT return, refund, or cancel any orders in this way.

Order Acceptance

We hold the right to refuse or cancel placed orders for any reason. Cases that may result to cancellation of order can either be limited stock availability, payment problems, inaccuracy in product information, and others.

If this happens, we will inform the customer through the given contact details.

Personal Information

We do not and will not collect any personal information from the customer unless it is required to successfully complete an online order. Any information given to us by an unsupervised child will not be the company’s responsibility.

Shop Supplies and Content

Any content from the company’s online store (special offers, items for sale, stocks, etc.) may be removed from the site without prior notice at the company’s discretion. Any order a customer may place on a suddenly removed item, offer, or stock will be considered canceled.

All the content from this website belongs to the company and is for informational purposes only. All contents from this website are original. The use and distribution of any content from this website are prohibited unless authorized by the company.

Delivery and Exchange Policy

After an order is placed, we will contact the customer to confirm his/her order as soon as possible. In the event that a delivery location will require the deliverer to pay a parking or entrance fee, the customer should inform us as the company will add the extra charge to the total fees the customer has to pay. Deliveries within Metro Manila will take about 4 – 5 working days. We will give an approximate date on when the delivery will happen but the specific time will not be given.

If the item delivered has defects or is damaged, the customer can request a replacement of the same item within 7 days as long as it is not the customer’s doing that damaged the item.

Replacement and exchange delivery charges will not be free.

The customer may cancel an order within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Warranty Policy

In the event that the item arrived damaged or with defects, the customer may have the item serviced or repaired free of charge, given that the item has been in possession of the customer no longer than a month after delivery.

Damages due to mishandling of the customer will not be repaired for free.

We reserve the right to inspect the item thoroughly before deciding on the repair/replace method.

Customers may request the item to be serviced or repaired but it will not be free of charge if the item has been in the possession of the customer for more than a month.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Returns and Exchanges

1. Returns will not be accepted for items that are paid via cash-on-delivery except if the item came with defects. This must be checked by both the assembler and the customer on site. Please make sure the item is in good condition after assembly.

2. Exchanges will be honored in certain cases. This will be under the discretion of the checking team. The exchanged item has to cost higher or equal to the original transaction amount. The customer will also pay the extra charges during the re-delivery.

3. Repairs will be done for free in case the item gets damaged within a month after delivery. Whether the damage is covered by our free repair services will be at the discretion of our staff. Kindly send us clear photos and details of the damages through email. Any repairs that must be done after a month, repairs due to natural item wear and tear, and/or mishandling will be subject to fees and charges.


1. Transactions amounting to Twenty Thousand (20,000) Pesos or below are legible for Cash-on-Delivery. We will compute based on the order subtotal, not the total with the delivery charge. Please note that the COD option will be available as a payment method for qualified transactions.

2. Total amount must be settled after assembly. The total transaction amount must be paid on the day that the items got delivered, our crew will not make a second trip to settle balances.

3. Only cash payments will be honored for cash-on-delivery transactions. Cheque payments and the like will not be accepted by our crew.


1. Please make your orders 3 days before in the case that you have a specified or target delivery date. We are not able to commit to rush orders at the moment.

2. Our deliveries follow a route schedule, so we can only inform your delivery date a day before. We cannot advice the estimated time of arrival a day or earlier before, we can only advice on the actual delivery date.

3. Please do not schedule on a weekend since we currently do not make weekend deliveries. Our deliveries are done Monday-Friday, anytime within 8am-5pm except in the case of holidays or unforeseen delays out on the road.

4. In the case that the person who made the purchase cannot be present to receive the items, they may authorize another individual to make the payment on their behalf. Please have someone around to receive the items on the day we make the delivery.
